Nathan Swanson
Co-Founder and CEO
Since 2000, Nathan has worked for a mix of startups and consulting firms. At BrightCorner, he helped double the company size in 18 months, and at Tech Dynamism, he helped them triple in size in less than three years and developed their performance evaluation and career frameworks.
In March 2017, Nathan co-founded Wellspring Workforce, a recruiting consulting firm that empowers organizations to recruit and retain talent.
Nathan and his wife, Megan, live in the Charlottesville area with their three children. When he is not working or taking care of the family, he volunteers at Piedmont Virginia Community College with their Great Expectations Program. He also enjoys composing music on the piano and playing board games.
Jason Daniel
Co-Founder and CIO
In the past 20 years, Jason has helped over 50 organizations solve their business needs with creative, practical technology solutions. During this time, he has also specialized in advising IT companies—helping them right-skill or augment their workforce.
Jason is also the founder of Tech Dynamism, where he helps clients implement enterprise platforms, create SaaS products, and build custom software systems. His expertise is both broad and deep, having served as a fractional CIO, technology advisor, enterprise software architect, business analyst, and software engineer.
